My stay in tampa The hotel rooms need a proper update, I stayed in April at one in Virginia, and it was an amazing experience, not like this one. My room bathroom door lock didnt work,the recliner had the springs popping up and old as well as the shower head not having enough presure.And as i was in the laundry facility putting my clothes away one of the cleaning guys knocked on the door so i let him in, i didnt hear him at first cause of the washer noise,once i let him in he was annoyed and told me, you didnt hear me knock,... read more

Horrible service The absolutely WORST customer serivce I have ever come across. The young girl working the front didnt greet anyone, not even when walkimg up to the counter. She stood there waiting for us to say something like she was the customer. Then once she startes getting our stuff ready she is cussing under her breath about people checking in and how "aint no job gonna stress me baby". When we got to the room the smell was awful!!!
