It was loud too many parties, room smelled like cigarettes. Definitely not a family place it was very loud all night long

Terrible stay Front desk service was terrible. The continental breakfast could be considered as false advertising. The hallways and elevators had a terrible smell.! Won’t recommend to nobody

DO NOT STAY There was bugs in the room and light and electrical cords exposed in the room. Also, there was could odors throughout the hallways and throughout the hotel. In the elevator there was a horrible smell that the front desk knew about and wouldn’t fix.

The phone didn’t work. The front desk clerk was busy telling me about her personal life and not checking us in. It smelled. The breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for coffee and the desk clerk said oh my bad. All around terrible and I wish I could get a refund

extend stay in Tampa was good until they allowed a stranger to gain access to my room. Honestly the stuff was really friendly and warm welcome to the hotel but unfortunately one of their employees was not well trained and their manager never got back to me on this issue

Unsafe hotel Had a reservation from a month prior. Once at check-in, the lady told us that they gave our room away and they only had a room with one bed and a couch for 5 people. There were two men following us throughout the hotel and we almost had to call the police. We asked the lady who worked there to escort us to our room because we did not feel safe.

The hotel has roaches. I left immediately. I had to call several types with no call back from the manager to get my refund that was promised but never processed.

A disappointing choice We chose the hotel for its location. It is rundown. It is noisy. The family next door was extremely noisy. We have stayed in unsatisfactory hotels before, but this is the first time we paid over $100 for one! The grab-and-go breakfast was a joke. We will never book an ESA again.

Mattresses need replacing. We had such a difficult time sleeping as they were so out of shape.
