Disappointed The hotel is very nice and clean. We chose a room with a sleeper sofa and king size bed. Sofa bed had no sheets, mattress was dirty and almost 3 inches thick, springs were loose all which offered no support, 4 pillows on the king size bed were old and wayyyyyyy out of shape, you had to literally use 3 to make one, no room service so went down to get bedsheets pillows blanket and extra towels, were given the sheets and towels but clerk claimed they were out of pillows and blankets offering no explanation!!!... There were no burners on the stove. The carpet was coming up everywhere and I stepped on nails four different times. The tv had hardly any channels available and when you found one available you could only watch for about 10-15 min then it would go back to the main home thing. It wasn’t very clean except for the beds. The beds were clean and nicely made. And there was no shuttle to the airport.

The only thing good is that is located close to restaurants and the airport. There were roaches and the place doesn't feel secure because when we went in through the side doors after check in there were tapes that would not let them close so there was not need for the key and this was about midnight. We only stayed that one night because we needed a hotel close to the airport but would not stay again even though the staff was very friendly.

I would not recommend staying here at all. The check in process was long and the attendant did not come out from the back very quickly. She explained my room and how things worked and mentioned the availability of coffee and said it is available all day. When I went to get some the next day it was gone and the new attendant told me once it is gone it is gone. Considering there is not a coffee maker in the room this was annoying to say the least. People roaming the hallways at one point i was offerd drugs Leaking toilets,loud noise from kids mostly latino pool was over ran by,i was GIVEN A HANDICAP ROOM when i booked a single room very bad experience im GONNA POST MY PICS OF THIS HOTEL ON TWITTER AND PN EXTENDED STAYS FACEBOOK PAGE......REFUND MY MONEY OR IM GOING VIRAL THIS ISNT RIGHT

Despite confirmation, no room was made available at this lication. I was sent to different hotel and given lees than what I paid for. Wasted 1.5 hour . I want complete refund.

This was our first and last stay at an Extended Stay hotel. When we checked into our room we noticed a very strong foul smell (moldy/old water) in our room. We notified the front desk about our issue, but she offered us no help. She did not offer us another room and she did not try to find out where the smell came from. So we had to purchase lysol, air fresher and bleach to try to mask the smell (did not work). So we tried to stay out of the room to avoid the smell for three day.
