Front desk ladies were very nice. Had cockroaches, called and asked to check out and get my money back. Front desk worker very nice and understanding. Manager said “who does she think she is” meaning me wanting to check out. it was midnight when I saw the roaches then the manager said and where does she think she is going to go? I had a Marriott for the same price in 30 seconds. Manager terribly rude

worst hotel ever The hotel room was very dirty from the entrance all the way to the room. The room was infested with roaches. The carpet, chairs, bathroom, leaving room super super dirty...roaches everywhere. I will not recommend it to anybody, I could not stay any longer, I left early because I could not stay in a filthy hotel like this one, the worst hotel ever!

Room was not as pictured, so tiny. Was advertised as room that could fit 4 people if someone slept on pull out couch. We had to slide the couch over towards door just to open bed up as it would hit tv. If bed was left up we couldn’t even move in the room. The mattress on the pull out couch had peanut shells folded up on it. We complained and they gave us second room that smelled of smoke and had squished food on kitchen area floor that was not cleaned up from previous guest. The pull out mattress also had stains on it. The staff was friendly at check in. The property itself is just old. Looks nice from the outside but the room itself was horrible. Smells like mold, no dishes, not even a coffee maker inside the room. The toilet tilts when you sit on it. Cracks in the bathroom floor. Terrible.

Rooms smell badly, we change it but it didi t work as well. The breakfast was terrible. I guess it could be better say that is not included. The price was high comparing with others hotels.

The door u could see thru to the hallway from the hinges, the bath tub was dirty when I got there, the a/c made noises at times. The floor didn’t seem cleaned at all.

Our room was dirty. The refrigerator hadn't been cleaned and had food items in it from the previous quests. The bathroom was dirty, with urine drops on the toilet seat and floor. Kitchen floor was dirty and sticky. When we went back to the front desk, the staff didn't seem concerned that the room was dirty; they said we could move to another room, which we did, but made no apologies and did not offer to help us move our things.

The front desk agent was never at the front desk when we would go to the counter. She always was coming out of the back after a minute or two. There was blood on our sheets, brown stains on the pillos, cigarette burns on the mattress. She gave us the wrong room at first so we walked into someone else's room. We had a long day of traveling and to have to deal with all of that at midnight with two toddlers is EXTREMELY agrivating.
