Smoking Room Only I didn't stay. The smell of smoke was so bad throughout, I almost got sick. Tried to get a refund, was told to call back later.
The location is good. The morning food was minimal. The carpets in the room were stained. They were probably cleaned but regardless there were wads of something still in them. In the morning the 3 housecleaning women were standing together in front of my room #101 and just loudly talking up a storm at 8 a.m. in the morning. They broke up when I opened the door and looked at them and said "really?" you have to talk so loud in the hallway at 8 am? They gave me a key to an occupied room. Then my room was missing towels and sofa bed sheets. I asked for forks and they said they didn't have any-so what's the point of a kitchen?

I'm disabled and the elevator was out. I had a room on the 3rd floor. The last night there was a pool party that lasted until midnight and I had an early flight. The breakfast was coffee and a muffin. Not a breakfast as advertised.

Be careful I have been here going on 2 weeks, the housekeeping staff has yet to clean my room, and change the linen. The bathroom has not been cleaned the entire time either. The entire housekeeping staff is Spanish, and it’s hard to communicate with them.

Nothing in the room worked, including the elevator in the hotel. I had to carry luggage with a 2 and a 4 year old up the stairs. The room wasn’t clean and you had to pay an additional fee if you wanted maid service outside of the regularly weekly service. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The only positive attribute was the friendliness of the employees.
