Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The neighbors were noisy and I was told to just ignore it.

The staff was rude. The power went out in the entire hotel for a night. This was not a great experience at all.

I didn,t like the location of the property The deluxe room I purchased was not deluxe at all Terrible experience

Awful! We had a horrible stay. I booked eight rooms for my family and none of them were ready when we were there by 7 PM. The room that my kids stayed in had cockroaches and bedbugs we have pictures to prove it I called the corporate office and I am waiting for a callback. We were given plastic bags to put our clothes in. Worst hotel in history

I don’t really have issues with the property. I had N issue was with the overnight staff.

I'll start by saying we had to change rooms twice. First they put us in the wrong room with wrong bed size. Second room had a cockroach in the bathtub, bathtub liner was worn through so you could easily get plastic splinters. Our final room had about half the electrical outlets working. Dead bugs in the kitchen overhead light. The grab and go breakfast is a joke, prepackaged muffins and nature valley bars and coffee.
