Horrible hotel smelly and dirty needs upgrading. Smelt of cigarettes when we entered felt unsafe.

I did not feel safe staying at this property and ended up leaving and going to another hotel.

Really bad customer service; not at all friendly. Say included breakfast but Nothing out there- Be careful before you stay on this one

Surrounding area was rather dingy surrounded by strip clubs and low life people not very family friendly area. Shouldn’t offer breakfast because what was offered was a sad excuse of that. I wouldn’t recommend or return to this location.

Check in was fine. The room was ready early. But when we got in the it smelled and the odor got worse when we cut the air down. The microwave did not work and there were no dishes in the room. I called about the microwave and they said they would be right down, butt never came. I finally had to go to the desk and ask could i heat my food up. The noise was horrible. I guess you get what you pay for
As a paying customer seeking comfort, I wasn’t happy with this hotel. The desk clerk took over 10 minutes before they came to the counter to check me in. The front elevator was out of service. There was a cord, taped down in the hallway that I had to step over carefully to get to the other elevator. The room had a stale, moist odor, the wall had two areas where paint was chipped, the shelf for clothing was pulling from the wall; it was literally hanging on by a loose screw. Hot box Power went out and the room was hot most of the night.
