Okay for the money. The girl at the desk, I think her name was either Jessica or Melissa was great! Very helpful, pleasant, and friendly. However the hotel smelled of stale smoke, like an old casino. Our bathroom and the lobby smelt the worst.

Weekend stay This hotel is for long term stay not weekend.Breakfast was subpar and coffee supplied ran out before allotted time.Asked for extra pillow first night and wasn't given.Plus unless you stay a week or more no room cleaning was offered.No ice machine.Not worth the cost.

Too expensive and noisy all night. The person above got up many times during the night and i could hear every step.

Dirty room next barking dogs The staff when I checked in was very nice. The young lady helping me was training and she and her manager were great! I thought that was a solid start. Once I got to my room I noticed that there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the staff hadn't removed the old shampoo bottles left by the previous person (which was laying sideways on the back of the toilet). Booking a different hotel next time Photo's of the hotel seemed nice; was disappointed as expectation was certainly not reality. Sheets and bedspread had cigarette burns and stains, furniture appeared to be chewed on by animals, and dirty cleaning supplies left in bathroom. Hallways and elevator reeked of cigarette smoke. Was informed at check in that the hotel works with local services to provide a safe place to stay for women who are the victims of domestic abuse. Skip this place... Will not stay here again. Breakfast is a cup of coffee and a granola bar. No house cleaning during my stay and had to request fresh towels.
