No coffee pot in the room. Other than that everything was ok.
Staff was professional and we could park and take our wine shuttle at 10:30 am, before check in time 3:30 pm. Very disappointed after our hour drive to get to our destination Extended Stay America Hotel, and wait for the wine tour shuttle, that we could not use a restroom, as there was none available. We were told that the only restrooms available were in the rooms after check in. Clean but wouldn't stay again The room was clean although there was a lot of noise in the hallway late at night and a dog was barking. I wouldn't stay here again just because I think it was a place people were living.
We booked two rooms and stayed on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had very large cockroaches that we were shocked to find 2 days in a row. The property was otherwise comfortable, the coffee and "grab and go" breakfast convenient and the staff very friendly and efficient.
