Staff was courteous, rooms were run down and there was hair left in the bathroom floors. The beds were horrible, I did not get a good nights sleep those mattresses suck.

The hotel is close to wine country and old town Temecula. The hotel is very pet friendly.

just okay Friendly staff, room was just okay. Heard dogs barking most of the night

The trip was excellent. The room was clean, staff was friendly and resourceful, and the girls had a blast! Also, I like how they locked the entry door after a certain hour so that people can’t wonder in

It was just okay. I would only stay there again if it was an emergency. Only one way in and out, people cooking made it smell and taking an elevator to your room is not convenient when you have 2 small dogs. No, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Continental breakfast needs a bit more variety. Maybe some OJ, bagels and some pastries.
