The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Desirae. She went out of her way to help us, particularly my husband, who is disabled. I did think the place could have been a little cleaner, and did not like the fact that the place was locked when we arrived late on Christmas Eve. But once we got inside, Desirae's excellent customer service made up for it.

Overall, the experience was mediocre to good. The toilet seat was broken, the toilet lid was dirty, the bed is on wheels on a hardwood floor, so every time we sat down it would move. Sitting on the bed leaning against the headboard was no easy task because every time you would lean back the bed would slide away from the wall. There was no coffeemaker in the room. It was ok, the front desk was very nice & accommodating but the clientele hanging around looked like tweekers and the halls smelled of pot so I didn’t feel very safe.
