not good. the property was not clean, it smelled awefully, the cabinets were deteriotated and coming off the cabinets.

Fire alarm when on for atlease 3 mins. At 8:30 in the morning.

check in was fine, Laura was polite and just trying to do her best. Room was barely passable, floors were dirty, bathroom was peeling, old, all the furniture was chipped. But was clean but squeaked and bounce like a toy. No ice machine, no gym, no pool. extremely basic. ill pay more to stay somewhere else.

They gave us a room that wasn’t ready and then. Ext room had no dishes no available ipots n pans will not stay again

Its all nice but they should fix were it says breakfast because it just coffee n a muffin not eggs waffles ect. I rented it out thinking breakfast included to find out it was just a muffin

The room had a strong odor, like bleach with something else. Har to sleep with Windows opened. Underneath beds were dirty, dusty. I spotted one sock and a big plushy animal below the beds. It definitely seems like no-one cleaned that room before. I will never again stay in this place or any Extended stay America perhaps.

I checked into the room. Everything looked fine. I left to attend dinner and once back I found a cockroach in the bathroom.
