trip south your place was very clean, I like the amenities and your coffee is the best

Hotel hallway was disgustingly dirty. There was a towel with excrement next to the elevators. The hotel had a smell of burned pea soup. Restroom in room was dirty and had mold. Beds were flimsy. Expected more for $250 for one night. Room key stopped working on 2 separate occasions within 2 hours. Staff was nice though.

Leaking shower head and faucet made noise all night also sink was clogged up in the bathroom. As well the breakfast options there is very little to choose from limiting guest from getting themselves need to ask the front desk and somebody is not there to take care of you have stayed here before breakfast was better reason why i choose this spot to stay.

It was a weird vibe like a women’s rehab facility. There were two nice older ladies. They were always walking in the hallway all night, long and anytime that I would go out of my room. They were always there. It was kind of creepy. Not the nicest hotel.

Room was not ready or should have been rented out restroom door handle didn’t work towels stained someone’s floss stick $ sink hole it was opened actually chk in 229 you’ll see what I’m talking about

staff were friendly. The room was just average. The refrigerator had hair in it. The microwave was dirty so the cleaning staff is lacking integrity.

The 2nd floor was filled with smoke and my room smelled like smoke. I was told there was nothing they could do. The bed and pillows were old and uncomfortable and the sheets and spread (no comforter) were thin. I would never stay there again. I wasn’t even offered a full or even a partial refund. I checked out the very next morning.
