The hotel was dirty! Old food in the cabinets. Bed was squeaky clean and moved everytime someone got up. The worse part is it said they serve breakfast. They only had coffee and muffins.

Business response:

Dear Olivia, We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered, including the old food in the cabinets and the bed discomfort. This is certainly not the standard we strive to uphold, and we will address these concerns with our housekeeping team immediately. We also regret that the breakfast offering did not meet your expectations, and we will review the options provided. We truly appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you back for a more comfortable experience.Sincerely,Hotel Management

Horrible service Room was dirty. It was my birthday and me and my family had to sleep in a dirty room. We went to the front desk to ask for something to clean the room so we had to stay up all night in the room because the need and floor and county tops was dirty and room smell like dog and fungus on the bathroom showers. I talk to management the next day and she offer 50 percent off our room but I wanted a full refund since we couldn’t sleep in our room because it was filthy. We drove two hours away to stay at the hotel to ... read more

Not my fave First room was near the freeway. Extremely loud and uncomfortable. Debris on the floor . No soap in bathroom. Second room quieter. Debris on the floor. Rooms. Room desperately need to be desperately upgraded. Counter tops splitting cigarette burns water damage. 80% occupied by permanent residents. Staff is kind and helpful.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. We reserved 4 rooms, so we could go wine tasting. Some of us paid 250-300 for the night. The hotel had a weird street entrance and lobby smelled like senior living facility. Some of the guests looked homeless. We had one lady screaming down the hall to open up her door. Inside the room, we found hair all over the bathroom sink. Stains on the walls. Old soap bar stuck on the side of the bathtub. There was a device connected to the toilet that would flash when you entered ... read more

Our non smoking room had the smell of Marijuana. The smoke detector had a plastic bag over it. I reported it the first night. No one ever came to remove it. I reported it again. The front desk offered a discount. We haven't received it yet.

Business response:

Dear Beverly, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We take guest feedback seriously, as it allows us to continue to improve our guest experience. We appreciate your review and will be taking the necessary steps to ensure the issues you described do not occur in the future.Sincerely,Hotel Management
