Tucson The rooms were not clean. The box springs on both beds look like a double homicide happened. Stains on the edges of the box springs. Food, dirt, & lint on the railings of the bed.

hard as a rock the room was clean, TV was tiny..... the kitchen worked great, fridge was big, but the bed was small and hard as a rock..... will not stay there again.... bummer too, cuz the price was right..

DIrty and Outdated There were cigarette burns on the bedding and the mattress was very old and uncomfortable. The towels were dirty when we arrived so I went out and purchased towels to use during our stay. The carpets also need a good cleaning. The socks I wore in the room turned black on the bottom. Also during our stay the fire alarm went off several times and the door locks were changed which caused some inconvenience. This hotel just needs some updating and a good cleaning and I would have given it a higher rating.

Very Bad Experience My Family and I stayed there. Mom was having surgery next day. We picked this hotel for the location. The hotel smelled like urine. The bathroom does not have any ventilation. No sugar or creamer for the coffee. The pillows smelled bad. I do not recommend this hotel. Will not be staying here ever.

Pack your own supplies! The hotel looked OK from the outside and the gentleman in Guest Services who checked me in was very polite and helpful. That was the end of the positive experience. There was a kitchen without a sponge, soap, paper towels/napkins, etc. There was toilet paper, towels, and soap, but nothing else like lotion, shampoo, or conditioner. The bed was as hard as a rock. Horrible, Loud, and Rude Service I visit Tucson every year for the annual gemstone shows and I had a horrible experience at this hotel. It started the second I went into the office to check in and there was no one at the customer service desk. I waited for about 5 minutes before someone showed up and he apologized and said he was doing laundry. I don't understand why the desk was not manned at approximately 6:30p.m my first day.
