Surprise Security deposits I was stunned to be notified at check in that I had to pay a 75 dollar security deposit. I've never had to do that at any place I've ever stayed. I wasn't notified of it when I booked the place, so it came as a complete surprise. The internet was down for 2/3's of my stay there and they didn't get it fixed in a timely fashion. 2nd time sucked. 1st time staying was great. nice and clean, courteous staff. 2nd stay last week totally sucked. The afternoon staff was this rude female full of face jewelry. She put us in a smoking room that stunk we had to buy fabreeze 2 air it out. After she refused to have our room changed or cleaned a request for a call from management went ignored. A real shocker because the first time was great. This time we couldn't even get the maids to provide clean towels.

Disappointing I have stayed at extended Stay America Hotels before and always was pleased with the stay. This one, on the other hand, was the worse kept hotel I have ever stayed in at these prices. Very disappointing.

Not a Place for an Extended Stay We stayed at this location one night. It just wasn't a place that we wanted to stay for fourteen nights. Thankfully, we were able to change locations. It was too noisy, so close to a very busy street. Our room was next to the elevator which was noisy and constantly being used. The heater/air conditioning unit was screwed up. We upgraded to a Marriott Towne Place. Much better. Breakfast every morning, a light evening meal 3 nights a week and very quiet.

NO POWER I WAS TRULY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL STAY. I DO NOT EXPECT MUCH FROM A LOW NIGHTLY RATE HOTEL SO ROOM AS A WHOLE WAS NOT AN ISSUE. MY BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE FIRST ISSUE I HAD WAS WHEN I ARRIVED FOR CHECK IN. AFTER WAITING FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES A MAN FINALLY CAME FROM THE BACK WITH THE ATTITUDE THAT I WAS BOTHERING HIM. The picture is nothing like it no couch like in the pic the room was real small the room was dirty. They left dirty towels hanging from bathroom door. Bathroom floor had hair all over like they didn't sweep and mop. The reseptionest was a very rude man. Falls advertisement. Will never stay there again the room was a nonsmoking but it smelled like cigarets and it had yellow stains in the Cellinig from cigaret smoke.

smelliest hotel I have ever stayed in smelliest room I have ever stayed in, dirty towels were still hanging on towel rack, cigarette butts on floor. NO guest amenities (shampoo, hair dryer, paper cups).

the room had the worst smoke/old & stale smell. Room has NO guest amenities like shampoo, coffee, paper cups. I would NEVER stay here again. Maid left towels hanging behind the door, cigarette butts on the floor just GROSS!!
