Disappointing I have stayed at extended Stay America Hotels before and always was pleased with the stay. This one, on the other hand, was the worse kept hotel I have ever stayed in at these prices. Very disappointing.

Not a Place for an Extended Stay We stayed at this location one night. It just wasn't a place that we wanted to stay for fourteen nights. Thankfully, we were able to change locations. It was too noisy, so close to a very busy street. Our room was next to the elevator which was noisy and constantly being used. The heater/air conditioning unit was screwed up. We upgraded to a Marriott Towne Place. Much better. Breakfast every morning, a light evening meal 3 nights a week and very quiet.

NO POWER I WAS TRULY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL STAY. I DO NOT EXPECT MUCH FROM A LOW NIGHTLY RATE HOTEL SO ROOM AS A WHOLE WAS NOT AN ISSUE. MY BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE FIRST ISSUE I HAD WAS WHEN I ARRIVED FOR CHECK IN. AFTER WAITING FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES A MAN FINALLY CAME FROM THE BACK WITH THE ATTITUDE THAT I WAS BOTHERING HIM. The picture is nothing like it no couch like in the pic the room was real small the room was dirty. They left dirty towels hanging from bathroom door. Bathroom floor had hair all over like they didn't sweep and mop. The reseptionest was a very rude man. Falls advertisement. Will never stay there again the room was a nonsmoking but it smelled like cigarets and it had yellow stains in the Cellinig from cigaret smoke.

smelliest hotel I have ever stayed in smelliest room I have ever stayed in, dirty towels were still hanging on towel rack, cigarette butts on floor. NO guest amenities (shampoo, hair dryer, paper cups).

the room had the worst smoke/old & stale smell. Room has NO guest amenities like shampoo, coffee, paper cups. I would NEVER stay here again. Maid left towels hanging behind the door, cigarette butts on the floor just GROSS!!

Underperformed The property was to have free Wi-Fi. When I could not get a Wi-Fi signal, I went to the front desk and received a toll-free number to call for IT support. The IT tech was helpful, and determined that the wireless router in that area of the hotel was in operative. The problem was not resolved during my stay. Of greater concern Is the unconfirmed possibility that there were bedbugs. Suspicious bite marks have become apparent on one of the persons sleeping in the room.

Bathroom had a nasty smell.The help desk closed at 1030 so if you encoutered any trouble after that you were out of luck.they also don't offer breakfast,no gym,basically nothing extra.with this hotel all you get is an uncomfortable bed in a poor location.

An adequate hotel for the price Better than some other hotels in this price range; the refrigerator, microwave, two-burner stove top and toaster are a plus. However, there were too few utensils and only one pan to cook with (perhaps we could have asked for more - but we did not). The cooking area counters were not clean nor was the floor in the cooking area and the bathroom. he soundproofing isn't great but there really was very little noise o complain of. For the price, I would consider staying there again.
