Underperformed The property was to have free Wi-Fi. When I could not get a Wi-Fi signal, I went to the front desk and received a toll-free number to call for IT support. The IT tech was helpful, and determined that the wireless router in that area of the hotel was in operative. The problem was not resolved during my stay. Of greater concern Is the unconfirmed possibility that there were bedbugs. Suspicious bite marks have become apparent on one of the persons sleeping in the room.

Bathroom had a nasty smell.The help desk closed at 1030 so if you encoutered any trouble after that you were out of luck.they also don't offer breakfast,no gym,basically nothing extra.with this hotel all you get is an uncomfortable bed in a poor location.

An adequate hotel for the price Better than some other hotels in this price range; the refrigerator, microwave, two-burner stove top and toaster are a plus. However, there were too few utensils and only one pan to cook with (perhaps we could have asked for more - but we did not). The cooking area counters were not clean nor was the floor in the cooking area and the bathroom. he soundproofing isn't great but there really was very little noise o complain of. For the price, I would consider staying there again.

OK THE HOTEL WAS PERFECTLY LOCATED SO WE COULD GET TO TUCSON MEDICAL CENTER, WHERE LOVED ONES WERE. CLEAN TOWELS WEREN'T PROVIDE DAILY UNLESS WE GOT OUR OWN, KITCHEN WAS OK BUT COFFEE PROVIDED ONLY THE FIRST DAY, BATHROOM HAD TO BE SUPPLY BY GETTING OWN, ALSO. AFTER LONG DAYS VISITING SERIOUSLY ILL LOVED ONES IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE A FEW AMENITIES.

Not that great To begin, the walls are paper thin. I could here the tv in the room next to me. The beds are usually lumpy. The clothes rack was dirty, so when I grabbed a hangar, dust would fall down...clumps of it! I'm here every week and have actually stayed in the same exact room. The clothes rack was dirty last month and hasn't been cleaned yet. This visit, I was awoken at 11:30p by someone trying to enter my room and two men arguing about this being someone's room. Alarmingly bad Fire alarms went off two nights in a row with fire trucks and no fire, room smelled odd checked out early after the 2nd night with alarm probs and hotel refused to give money back for that night because the alarm only was on for "3" mins, man that fire truck must have had the worlds fastest response time! 9 parties checked out after those "3" mins

Locked out - No Help The biggest issue with this hotel is the lack of late night service. I was locked out of my room at midnight. I went down to find a dark and locked office. I knocked and no answer. I didn't know what to do, all the hotel information was on a printed sheet of paper INSIDE my room. I finally called information on my cell phone to get the phone number - which is not printed on the office door or any information about lockouts or emergencies. I will not stay there again The mattress was really hard. There was soap but it did'nt have shampoo or conditioner. The towels were not soft at all. There were a few bugs in the room. A notice was left on the counter regarding the neighborhood at night. Apparently there have been some issues at this hotel or in the surrounding neighborhood.

Worst place ever. Room was filthy and in a bad state of repair. Purchase internet service that would not even access e-mail. Bed and furnishings were stained. Floors were sticky. Totally sub standard and a total waste of money.
