Would Not Recommend Rooms need considerable updates. Side chair dirty, stains on sheets and towels, hair in bathtub and kitchen, and stairwells need a good mopping. This is not the gem of Extended Stay locations. Arnold at the front desk was great and seems to be doing the best with what he has to work with.
OMG! Never again This hotel was incredibly dirty. The room was dirty, the bathrooms were dirty. The air conditioner wouldnt go below 80. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but the smell was so bad, it made my eyes water. Awful experience.
Not Impressed The staff were very nice though didn't follow up with requests. When we got in our room none of the pillows had pillowcases on them. I had to walk to the office at 11:00 at night and they only had 3 because the laundry wasn't finished. They said they would have more brought to our room the next day but that didn't happen. We asked 3 times but no cases- finally found a maintenance person who gave us 3 more. Also our shower was dirty - we asked for it to be cleaned. too many people smoking Did not get a NO Smoking room, no fresh towels or sheets for 5 days.
Will avoid such hotels Room Number 135. Rotten Kitchen counter top, Rusty Deep Freezer, 70 percent breakfast items suitable to teen agers. Breakfast should be continental breakfast. IRREGULAR SHOWER HEAD FLOW. MASSGE SHOWER HEAD BUT NOT WORKING. HALD WATER COMING TO SHOWER HEAD AND THE REST STRAIGHT TO THE DRAIN. A recliner chair bought and brought from a thrift store ? Torn. Cracks in the carpet. Dirty door front of the room. Hair shampoo not provided.

Disappointment! Dirty shower, dirty sheets, even though the bed was made. Asked for clean sheets and was told they had no clean pillow cases! Very disappointed. Due to circumstances we could not go hunting for another hotel at that time.

Dirty rooms This is the worst hotel experience i have ever had. The office closes at night so if you arrive late to check in there is no one there. There is an after hours phone number that no one answers. I finally found a laundry person and they let me in the roomwith their keys. The room was filthy with hair in the shower and mold above the shower on the ceiling. There was dog hair all over the carpet.
