if I could put a zero or negative I would I have never stayed at a worse place, I left my room to sleep in my car at 3am! I arrived at 9p. The bed smelled so much like cigarrete smoke and a funk I can't even descirbe, that I considered to sleep on the chairs or the table, but those were even worse. They had stains everywhere, smelled like someone had done their business on them and nothing had been cleaned. Not really a hotel This is not really a hotel. It is more like renting a studio apartment. No maid service, no amenities. Office is not always open.

Worst. Hotel. Ever I always booking a non-smoking room at any hotel I'm going to. Upon arrival at my room at Extended Stay Tucson, the room was blanketed with the smell of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk, because I had literally just checked in, to change rooms and tell her about the smoke - when this is supposed to be a non smoking room. The room was like sleeping on the highway lots of road noise and all the doors in dresser were open and cabinets were open like they had just sprayed bug spray

not what I got the first time after staying in this hotel the first night in a clean room is non-smoking room I was surprised because the reviews were bad the next time I stayed there it was just as the reviews had said . I booked a non smoking room , Didnt get that room stank and was falling apart no toilet paper in the bathroom , when I ask the front desk to fix this it fell on deaf ears .I will not stay there again.

Helpful Staff We got in way past check in time because of a flight delay. The staff was very helpful and the customer service had an actual person to help us. The grab and go breakfast was appreciated, even if it wasn't that great. The coffee was good and plentiful. I had a smoke-free room but it smelled of smoke. That's my biggest complaint.

Don't stay here The first room they assigned to me was either still in use or not cleaned at all - bed unmade, empty bottles etc. Second one was better but the bathroom was not especially clean, the floors were dirty, barely acceptable. Had no soap in my room - had to go ask for some the next morning. I arrived about 11pm so could not do much that night. The towels although there were plenty were almost threadbare. No dishwashing soap for dishes if you used them Minimal glasses (2) and dishes for a week. I was glad to leave.... read more

Expedia Bookings got bumped This was parents weekend at the University of Arizona so naturally it was a high demand weekend. When I arrived I was informed that there was a "overbooking problem" and my room was not available even though I had booked it a month in advance. As I looked over the counter I noticed that everyone who had booked through expedia was on the "overbooked" list. unsatisfactory Disappointed from the moment I tried to check in. The place was filthy. Enough said!!!!
