was close to were I need to be hotel was very dirty inside/out lobby and room.

Ok place to lay your head This was not my first time here and was very reluctant to return, but with a company budget and little other options... Carpet was soaked(glad to see they shampooed it), walls are thin, shower enclosure dirty. It hasn't changed at all since last year, a complete dump!

You get what you pay for... Got a screaming deal; now I know why. No pillow cases on the pillows?! The ceiling lights in the kitchen area completely missing, wires hanging out? The room was a resulting dark and hard to see in at night. The siding on the particle board counter tops peeling or missing. That being said, the room was clean besides this and I got a pretty good deal. Since I was only in town for one night on business it was ok, but I will definitely be paying the extra 20-30 odd dollars and going to a better place... read more

if I could put a zero or negative I would I have never stayed at a worse place, I left my room to sleep in my car at 3am! I arrived at 9p. The bed smelled so much like cigarrete smoke and a funk I can't even descirbe, that I considered to sleep on the chairs or the table, but those were even worse. They had stains everywhere, smelled like someone had done their business on them and nothing had been cleaned. Not really a hotel This is not really a hotel. It is more like renting a studio apartment. No maid service, no amenities. Office is not always open.

Worst. Hotel. Ever I always booking a non-smoking room at any hotel I'm going to. Upon arrival at my room at Extended Stay Tucson, the room was blanketed with the smell of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk, because I had literally just checked in, to change rooms and tell her about the smoke - when this is supposed to be a non smoking room. She didn't seem to care and said it was probably from the person before me who smoked w/the door open or coming from the outside hallway. I proceeded to sit and do some work in the... read more

The room was like sleeping on the highway lots of road noise and all the doors in dresser were open and cabinets were open like they had just sprayed bug spray

not what I got the first time after staying in this hotel the first night in a clean room is non-smoking room I was surprised because the reviews were bad the next time I stayed there it was just as the reviews had said . I booked a non smoking room , Didnt get that room stank and was falling apart no toilet paper in the bathroom , when I ask the front desk to fix this it fell on deaf ears .I will not stay there again.

Helpful Staff We got in way past check in time because of a flight delay. The staff was very helpful and the customer service had an actual person to help us. The grab and go breakfast was appreciated, even if it wasn't that great. The coffee was good and plentiful. I had a smoke-free room but it smelled of smoke. That's my biggest complaint.
