From bad to worse Water was turned off on 2nd day. No power for several hours on the 3rd day (could not use elevator to access room during power outage and I could not climb the stairs with my dog). Then the room key wouldn't work after the electricity was restored. "Breakfast" is a choice of breakfast bars and oatmeal packs that you have to request from the front desk. Not even a decent grab and go breakfast.

The staff was rude the desk lady was absolutely rude was unwilling to work with me and and I've been a prior customer before for close to months on end

Be careful It’s been two weeks and I haven’t gone my deposit back. They charge me for it and they say they are still working on it after two weeks.

This hotel was totally unacceptable and therefore we decided to cancel our reservation and not stay at there at all.

If you enjoy the constant smell of smoke wafting into your room, then stay here. I could have found nicer room furnishings at goodwill. Everything in the kitchen looked like it was from the 70’s. Linens felt like sandpaper and the mattress was thin and hard. Oh and the continental breakfast is an absolute joke. I was grossly overcharged for my stay and will never return to this property.
