Staff are good, it's the facility, Elevator does not work. Roll in bed is like sleeping on springs. Needs big time renovations. 2 different elevator (East and west)?

I’ve been to one other extended stay (in Phoenix area) and it was impeccable with a nice welcoming lobby. This place was in obvious need of repair. The lobby was a tiny room which required a phone call to enter after hours. There was what seemed to be drug use in the area/parking lot. I could not tell if they were residents/guests or homeless individuals from the neighborhood. The bed was comfortable enough, though it only had two pillows. The sheets seemed clean. It was not good said there was a pool but there wasn't. Only had 2 pillows and I'm disabled and needed the accommodations there was none. Not happy at all
