I was staying near TMC where a friend had open-heart surgery. I had to try to extend my stay several times. Staff was excellent and understanding. Management made my visit feel uncaring and arrogant.

Didn't feel clean, the hotel said they offered breakfast but it was just coffee and a cupcake. The asked for a USA adresss and we didnt have any since we were tourists. Didn't clean the room when we left to go to mount lemmon. Lights didn't work properly. We called 10 times in advance to tell them we would arrive late, since the email said we needed to contact them, and didn't respond once. We checked out a day early because the room was pretty bad. The carpet was dirty, the room was stinky.

We booked the place for free breakfast. They had nothing . Coffee was there with no regular cream . I drink coffee with no sugar They had vanilla flavored sweet coffe whitener. They offered us oatmeal packet with no milk False advertising. The service desk said they were waiting for shipment .

Kitchenette is a nice feature. Hotel and room showed wear and tear from much use. No literature/information about the hotel or surrounding area. Room in sore need of updating. Kitchen sink faucet leaked, cigarettes burns on countertop, limited (and old) electrical outlet options, rollaway bed was super awful, TV stations limited.

I got to the hotel at 9pm for checkin and the system was down. I had to wait 50 min for it to be fixed to get my room.

We checked in late at night with a party of three. I had reserved a two bed room. We checked in and there was only one bed. my daughter, who is a teen had to sleep in a rickety roll away bed. we were told in the morning that we would get a new room. Three days later we never did. we checked out and stayed somewhere else for the remainder of our stay. Wasn't worth $186 for the night I stayed there. It was more like half for what was paid. Was a late night option so wasn't too picky. Stayed at a Springhills Suitesin downtown Phoenix for around $5 more a night the next night. So comparing the two was like night and day. The bed a cleanliness of Springhills hotel was over and above the Tucson hotel.

Needed 1st floor but was given 3rd floor very hard for 84yr old grandparent to get to.The room was filthy dirty,and the bathroom had poop. Disgusting
