Need a deep clean and some new carpet The room was disgusting, I'll never stay there again

We initially wanted to stay the night and leave in the morning however we walked in and the hotel room had a broken tv with the screen cracked and the room smelled of mold. We felt very uncomfortable and decided to leave about two hours later. Asked if we could get a refund and was told no because we checked in.

Room very old and Dirty, sink backup, pubic hair all other the bathroom walls and pillows were nasty. Hotel office closes so there’s no where to go for my issues. I want my money back

Stayed here for three nights and an incredible rate but a bit far from the university but I wanted to give it a try. I think my most impressive thing was how thorough they were in saying "no smoking"to which I think I would absolutely return as they do a good job of, keeping the rooms smoke-free despite people staying here for potentially extended periods. The worst place where the deteriorated furniture and very dirty carpets came in, it's really disgusting, they offer breakfast that doesn't just have coffee and some snacks.
