Disappointed and disgusted This place was disgustingly filthy it was like a drug hotel The man checking us in was very nice But the rest off the people were cussing every time I was in the lobby or outside She was in her pajamas and said the F word about 20 times The room had noticed in it except bugs I would suggest taking it off the website

Poor quality and conditions This place was awful. The help was nice but the conditions were horrible. The room was not clean when we arrived. Was an empty toothpaste box on the couch and cap on the floor. Floors were stained and carpet was gross. The room smelled of something i cant explain. As an extended stay hotel,there were no dishes or pots and pans or utensils. One of the beds was broken and if you sat on the end it would fall. My hotel room kept flooding because of shower and toilet the whole apartment flooded

Stay was awful Worst stay ever. Unless you like to get high. The freaking smell of marijuana sucked. The lady at the front s very nice. Mold on ceiling, TV did not work. Crackhead city. Never ever will I stay here. If this is the best that Hotels.com can do. Them never again.
