The property is not that well lit. There were a couple of men sitting on the curb near the entrance that look unsavory. They were there most of the night smoking. The hallway to the room smelled and the room itself had an odor. Just didn't feel safe here.

We have stayed here before but this will be the last time. the room is big but the tp holder was missing. The bathroom ceiling had a black substance on it which I'm guessing was black mold. Then there was the people that pulled the fire alarm at night. After the fire dept left about 15 minutes later it was pulled again. Then around 2 am an obnoxious loud person was wondering the hallway till someone else told him to shut up. DONT DO IT I don’t know if it’s just extended-stay has a bad name in Oklahoma but this is the second extended-stay that I’ve stayed at and there is an overwhelming odor all over the entire place the tub was ridiculous I couldn’t even take a shower the smell was horrifying all over the place and meth heads were walking around everywhere. Oh and it had fLEAS!!! I’m in bed and they was jumping on the covers just SICK!! At this point I’m never staying at extended stay again

Said room was not available had to upgrade to suite to get a room or be turned away.

There were no rooms available. We did not stay there. They still charged us for the room. No refund has been made even after raising a service request with the call center.

Couldn’t check in. Property said they were oversold.
