I had a reservation with a confirmation number and when I got there, they said that they are sold out.

Rooms smell very bad, homeless people all around the property and living at the hotel as well. At night multiple people selling drugs outside the hotel front door

Blotched reservations There was no room for me. I was told hotels. Com had overbooked. At that time we could not reach a real person at hotels.com. So with just two hours before graduation, scrambling to find a room. I did manage to find one. For this reason, I cannot recommend Hotels.com to anyone.

The front desk lady Estrella Sausedo was super unprofessional and rude. Stay away from this awful place.

Over-sold their rooms? Arrived at hotel and although I had a confirmation no., they had no rooms available. Three people came in behind me that also had confirmed rooms but no rooms available.

Stay Away This place was nasty and trashy. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The police were called 3 times in one night. A dog was barking all night long. There was someone else’s toothpaste in the sink, blood in the shower, and some kind of weird substance in between the mattress and box spring. I called the lobby one night to tell them about something that needed to be fixed and there was nothing that they could do. I would of been better off staying in my truck. hell hotel arrived on 1/12/22 and was told there was no reservation. then found reservation but no room available left me stranded. asked when a room would be available the desk said tomorrow. i return early to check i gave them my name and phone number to call. no call came so i went there again was told no room available nor ready. after 10 minutes of key punching a room is available. i had a place to sleep. filled paperwork out paid for the now 3 day stay was given keys to a room that was under construction. oh no. got da... read more
