On the 1st room that was given, there were a lot of mud, dirt and hair in the bathtub. I went back to the front desk and spoke with the employee and showed her the picture of the filthy bathtub. We were given another room, but the pillow cases smell like there weren't changed and the room smells dumped so we went down again and spoke with this man (night crew) who was not pleasant at all who in the end, gave us the 3rd room, 3rd room is a bit better but the shower faucet is leaking, the bathroom sink drain very slowly (clogg... read more

I booked my room through them I then drove an hour to get to this hotel as I was spending the night in the area and when I got there the associate informed me that they where completely booked she tried to get me a room in Fremont they where booked aswell she was really helpful and understanding however how would I be able to book a room then it not be there when I’m there I had to pay almost triple for a room at a different hotel because I had to stay in the area.
