There is no coffee in the room there is only one shampoo one tiny bar soap breakfast was a complete joke

Very disappointed I reserved a room with a king bed and when I went to check in they told me they didn't have one. I decided not take the 2 double bed room they offered me. Later that night I got a notification from my credit card stating they charged my card. I called and asked why they charged my card. Guess what they told me because I did not cancel my reservation.

Decent for the pricing, not first choice. I could smell the food people were cooking in other rooms. The hood vents don't even vent to the outside, just blows the smoke into the room. Walls VERY thin. I had some sort of machine under my room making very annoying squeaking noises every 1 to 2 seconds the entire time of my stay - it was NOT another couple gettin' down, definitely some type of air vent or pump running 24/7 making it almost impossible to sleep. Don't stay here. When we arrived they refused to allow us to check in so we waited 2 hours in the tiny, stuffy lobby. The asian woman behind the counter was very rude. Finally another woman noticed how long we had been waiting so she gave us a room. We walked into the room and saw a dirty sanitary napkin stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom. We let them know and then they moved us again to another room. Their breakfast was a joke. Lesson learned. We will never stay there again.

Staff doesn’t have any communication. I told the night shift concierge that I’ll be checking out @ 12nn. The housekeeper knocked on my door @ 11am. Literally kicking us out. Rude staff!!
