Bad Rude service, no room service you have to go to the front desk to get everthing for you room, and to much money for the rooms and there not that clean and rude and the staff lies about info

Kid can't run in the rooms, no dishes or pans for the room, no where to leave dirt towels and no room service.

Where do I start? The room had a weird/smelly odor. The floors were dirty. We had to walk around the room with slippers or shoes. Floor wasn’t clean or vacuumed. The water pressure in sink and bathroom would cut off to low or a tiny drip. The shower “pull up gadget” on the tub stem was broken, so shower wouldn’t work. There is no coffee in the room there is only one shampoo one tiny bar soap breakfast was a complete joke
