Dirty room and hair in the bed Room was dirty, there were hair in the bed, and an awful smell in the room. Worst hotel ever - I will never come back and I will not recommend it!!

Ridiculous and unacceptable I rented this room for 10 days I am here alone by myself for some peace and quiet because I somehow developed vertigo during that stay everything was nice and quiet except for the last 2 days this indian guy staff member continued to come into my room without a knock or anything this guy entered into the room twice and lied and said he was looking for information from the room this is ridiculous and totally unacceptable if he is entering the room I rented this way then he must be entering other pe... read more

Nasty Smelled and dirty (even sheets had stains). The the rooms were NOT inviting. Terrible

front desk staff was plan attituded, wasnt happy or anything. when check out came, yes woke up an little late i called to extend time the person that answered the phone was really rude about it. The room itself, no coffee maker, shower head was not working properly, heater wasn't working right, no hangers. for the 2 nights ive stayed it was not worth it.

It was a terrible experience, First they give us keys that didn’t work we went back from the four floor to the lobby, when we try to take a shower didn’t work we call and we when back to lobby so they can give us another room, they make us wait about 10 minutes and assigns another room and the room didn’t have a hot water, we stay about 1/12 hours and we leave the place 😕 I want money back

No dirty towles back or get kicked out They kick you out if you give them there towles back with stains like juice on the towles then he counted all the sheet's that were in the bag and would not give me any towles. And the maids don't clean right or don't give you towles and keep raising the price on the room
