While the staff was friendly and accommodating, overall the location and security of this hotel made us feel very uncomfortable!

Not worth $150 a night My keys did work my kids were locked out and had to call me at work so they can get a new keys to let them in at 10:00 pm and there is never any towels to wash and dry our bodies. And it smells like trash and is cost $150 dollars to stay one night and you don't get what you need for the rooms

Not a good hotel No towels ever and you have to buy your own cleaning supplies to clean your room everyday rude staff and it smells bad. They have roaches and it cost $120 dollars a night. Don' t come here if you want to be treated with respect.

Not good I was staying at the Extended Stay America and I was trying to use my free nights and hotels.com called the hotel to check if I stayed at the hotel and the manager told her that I don't stay at the hotel because he saw that some booking were cancled and the lady told me she couldn't unlock my free nights because the manager said I didn't stay there those days. I'M NOT HAPPY AT ALL I have been staying at the Extended Stay Amercia and I book it for days at a time and everyday between 1pm and 3pm my keys stop working and I have to go to the front desk everyday to get back in my room. Then today I go to get my keys and the girl at the front desk name Ercia asked me for my ID and my Address to get the keys to work and the manager was standing right there and he knows me and said nothing to her about it.
