The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. The a/c worked, and you could really crank it down. The water pressure was good as well. My ONLY complaints were that the blankets were SO thin, it felt like only having sheets on the bed. Thankfully I had a blanket in the car I ran out and got. My other complaint was the breakfast...it was granola bars, muffins, and instant oatmeal/grits packets. Also, most channels were sports or news, and Cartoon Network was “down” for the whole time (2 nights). Other than that, great price for... read more

A great shower (and background white noise) The nearby highway noise is an issue for some lighter sleepers, and "breakfast" is not what you expect. But at least I found the shower to be one of the most relaxing and temperature-controllable ones I've encountered in any hotel at any price.

Customer Service Clean room, bedding, vinyl flooring and warm water....all 👍 Service could be improved. I requested a receipt for the the stay, receptionist do not oblige, receptionist was too busy, mentioning that she was late, and continued to counting out her money drawer. I waited, then left, we had a distant to still travel.👎 I worked in all toll booth with the same type of preparation. Customer Service should be #1.
