I booked room via hotels.com and it said i could pay at hotel at check in or check out. Well, this hotel ONLY takes payment at check in, i had to scramble and swap $ between accounts other than that, all was good.
acceptable per price room is clean. tub drain slow. microwave plate is not been replaced.

The desk clerk was very quick and prompt about moving us to a new room at check in when the door lock on our first room froze because of the weather.

nothing was unique. I did not find any vending or ice machines
When I got to the hotel we found out the it only has steps and we were on the 3rd floor. We had to ask for the pots and pans; change of sheets and towels. Plus they gave me twin beds when I thought we paid for full or double beds.
