Everything was great but the mattress was a bit worn and uncomfortable

For the price you pay, it’s good. Bed was comfortable, decent space in the room and the stove top and large fridge were convenient. However, the walls are paper thin, and for a few days there was no hot water. Staff was friendly and accommodating though!

The hotel wasn’t updated it was d so clean either and I seen a bug in the hallway wasn’t to pleased the staff was the best part

Have patience...This To Shall Pass I love Extended Stay properties. This one by far needs help. I could not stay in the room until my wife cleaned the entire room and got rid of the heavy cigarette smell. Multiple Bags of trash 2 feet from my door was also disappointing. We are preparing to drive cross country again and we rely on the Extended Stay properties to house us as we travel. I am praying this motel is just struggling because of COVID and that the conditions of the property will get better. The staff are very polite... read more

My stay The bathroom especially the sink was stained. The chair at the table was not very comfortable. It was an office chair that was hard to sit in. There wasn't much variety in the channels on the television and it was confusing on how to use it. There was arguing outside which made me nervous. I couldn't sleep at all during the night. I needed a downstairs room because there was no elevator. I didn't complain as I didn't want to cause any problems. The staff were quick to serve me and were nice.

They room and linings smelled like cigarette smoke

Absolutely awful don’t waste your money Well for starters I arrived around 5 pm I walked into the lobby to check in and no one was around I say in the lobby for 10 mins before I was acknowledged by a staff member then she told me I would have to wait an additional 10 minutes for the system to come back on swine she gives me my room key finally I go up to the room and I automatically go to the bathroom because I wanted to shower I turn in the bathroom light and there’s a roach crawling across the box of tissues and soap that ... read more
