One nighter Needed it for a night - bed, AC, bathroom. All rooms are accessed from the parking lot like motel style, so no "lobby" area. Walls are thin- could hear the neighbors well while in the bathroom but met the necessities. Full size fridge, 2 burners, and a sink. Room is pretty old and dingy, needs some TLC but wasn't dirty. Just an old building. "Breakfast" is coffee and granola bars, but you have space to cook if needed and ample grocery stores nearby. Better than some but not most I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. In those three days the room was not cleaned by the hotel staff. Hotel does not have a fitness center. When they say breakfast included, it is muffins, granola bars and coffee. The TV shuts off automatically which is a good thing and a bad thing.

Norfolk Extended stay The experiences was fine, the breakfast was just a grab and go - instant oatmeal, granola bars, coffee.

I was told that it was a smoke free hotel , however the smoke smell in my room was so overwhelming it made my wife nauseated and being it was late when we arrived it was too late to try and change rooms. Needless to say she did not sleep well .
