Updated rooms were very nice.
Easily fixed Wifi is weak. Don't try and stream. They forgot to put towels in my room. Expedia members get second class treatment. However, they do have nice people working the front desk.

Nice hotel It's a really nice, affordable hotel. Close to the beach and a McDonalds within walking distance.
So-So it was great. we were hardly in the room but when we were it was great.

No dishes in rooms When I arrived at 6 PM, they were not sure if my room was ready. Had to wait while they checked. Got to room and there was nothing in the kitchen to cook or eat with. All plates and pots and pans had to be checked out and brought to room. I opted to buy paper plates and microwave all my meals... which was disappointing because I was really looking forward to cooking.

No elevator on site. Hauling baggage up to the third floor was a little rough, but we did it. Breakfast was gone by 9:30. The rooms are clean and we slept great.
