No elevator on site. Hauling baggage up to the third floor was a little rough, but we did it. Breakfast was gone by 9:30. The rooms are clean and we slept great.

My stay was good, but I wish there were more channels because I like to was animal planet, A&E, and History channel. When I stay at other long stay places the washer and dryer was free.

Dirty room Floors visibly dirty. Trash found in drawers. Cleaning products left in room. Air not working properly. Walkways being pressure washed on a busy Saturday. Free breakfast was coffee, granola bars, muffins & fruit. Was told on phone there was a shuttle to amphitheater but employees at desk had no idea what we were talking about.

Overordnet set var det et godt hotel. Det eneste minus var, at da vi fik vores værelse, var badeværelset ikke gjort rent, og toilettet var meget beskidt. Da vi klagede over det, fik vi dog straks et nyt værelse, som var fint og rent. Som et plaster på såret blev vi tilbudt refundering af den ene nat ud af de 5 overnatninger, men vi har dog efter endt ferie ikke fået noget beløb refunderet.

Nice...but not the hotel in the pictures Our stay was nice. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. When we arrived there was an issue with a dresser drawer that kept coming out into the walkway. It was on a slant so the drawer would slide out. We asked for maintenance to come fix it and he acted like there was nothing he could do...until I suggested some kind of wedge under the front of the dresser...which worked beautifully. Some staff won't notice you're there I stayed two nights. The first morning I went to the office to ask for a hair dryer. There were guests in front of me having an issue and while the office employee worked on their issue I stood there for ten minutes. He never said hi, I'll be right with you, nothing, just completely ignored me. That night I had a bag full of hot food and my key card did not work. Very chill The heater wouldnt heat. But other than that it was great.
