Overnight stay in Waco We cashed in our points from Hotels.com for the stay. Gigi, the desk clerk was very welcoming and helpful in getting us checked in. She even went above and beyond to get us a replacement table lamp in our room as the first one was not working. The only criticism I have is that the “breakfast” was a granola bar or muffin with coffee on a grab and go table in the lobby. This was disappointing compared to similar motels that provide cereal, milk and juice in addition to coffee and baked goods.
I like that it was cozy and comes with a full kitchen in the room. It is very convenient.

Diana and JiJi gave great service. Both were super friendly. Beds are not the most comfortable but manageable. Hotel is dated but clean. Overall, very enjoyable experience.

3 month Road trip and we found a gem... What made our trip great, was the front desk person. She always greated the hotel guests with warmth and by name. Gigi is Amazing, and has great customer service, wish all hotels had a Gigi... i would for sure stay again especially if we know Gigi was still there.. We've been on the road 3 months now. In and out of many hotels and is the 3rd to the last we stayed at before we arrive home... But we rate it really high and a must stay at...
