Staff was friendly and helpful, although they initially canceled my reservation because my credit card had expired, even though I was to pay at property. They did get me a room which was nice. The floor was pretty dirty, but the rest of the place was fairly clean. The grab and go breakfast Was muffins and granola bars. The coffee was a bit of an issue and was not replenished regularly. It was a good overall stay and met our needs. In a pinch, I would definitely recommend this place.

April 2024 Waco trip The Waco/Woodway Extended Stay is a hotel that is showing its age. It is super conveniently located. The price is good for a budget-conscious traveler. the front desk staff are friendly but maybe not very safety aware.

We needed a room for one night and the price was right. It was comfortable enough for what we needed.
The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The room was great, clean and it was very peaceful

Top notch customer service This hotel is a good choice for a less expensive hotel. I want to comment the staff. They were very friendly, greeted me by name and were quick to respond to any needs I had. The customer service at this location is top notch.
