When I got to the hotel GG greeted me and checked me in. Unfortunately when I got to the room it smelled really bad of cigarettes. I called the front desk and asked if I could be changed to a different room. GG was so kind and got me another room that didn’t smell like cigarettes. She really went above and beyond to make me happy!

Lucinda at the front desk was super helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms are older, but clean. The issue was my room smelled of cigarettes. Lucinda resolved the issue. A room above me had a dog that kept barking. You get cheap rates for cheap stay. The place is located many eating places and shops.
