Not upfront on pet fees/ pet accommodations I was caught off guard that the advertised “pet friendly” hotel” charged an extra $25/per night, per pup! That added $200 to what we prepaid in advance $170 thinking that would be our total bill. This could really set a lot of people back as it did us and should be made more obvious up front before booking. NOT at the counter when you walk in to check in. I liked the location and easy online booking, check in, and check out process. Stay was very nice and helpful.

I was in town for professional development and did not want to pay what most hotels charge in that area. Extended Stay was well priced, had a friendly staff, and the room was great. The only thing slightly lacking was their grab and go breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Sheets on bed had stains on them. I picked a non-smoking room and room smelled like smoke really bad. Also staff was not there when needed, waited almost 20 minutes just to check out cause nobody was at the counter.
