Great hotel with great staff, especially the manager Vonya. Rhonda was so kind and helpful to us as well. Crystal in house keeping was also sweet making sure we had everything we needed. I would refer all my family and friends to this hotel. It was great.

It would have been better if had a pool, it was hot in Waco it would have be great to come back from touring and dipped in the pool,

Not upfront on pet fees/ pet accommodations I was caught off guard that the advertised “pet friendly” hotel” charged an extra $25/per night, per pup! That added $200 to what we prepaid in advance $170 thinking that would be our total bill. This could really set a lot of people back as it did us and should be made more obvious up front before booking. NOT at the counter when you walk in to check in. In addition, for a pet friendly hotel they only had ONE outdoor trashcan and it was overflowing and never cleared out during ou... read more

I liked the location and easy online booking, check in, and check out process. Stay was very nice and helpful.

I was in town for professional development and did not want to pay what most hotels charge in that area. Extended Stay was well priced, had a friendly staff, and the room was great. The only thing slightly lacking was their grab and go breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Sheets on bed had stains on them. I picked a non-smoking room and room smelled like smoke really bad. Also staff was not there when needed, waited almost 20 minutes just to check out cause nobody was at the counter.
