Non-smoking room was not A very basic extended stay hotel which was all that was available for Baylor Homecoming Weekend. We confirmed a non-smoking room but the smell as we entered told us otherwise. The room had a kitchenette with full refridgerator, Good, because the hotel had no other amenities.

Be warned, very dirty Very disappointed with this hotel. Staff was friendly and quick to get me to my room. That is where the positive experience ended. Room was very dirty. Dropped a shirt on the carpet and when i picked it up there was lots of hair all over it. Non smoking facility but cigarette burns in the comforter. flooring was extremely worn and dirty in my room and in the hallway leading to the room. Disappointed This extended stay is not like any other that I have stayed before, I guess for the price I shouldn't complain. The staffs were nice, the bed was very uncomfortable, the TV is very old. Although they replaced the TV the last night I was there with something a little better. Oh, let's not forget, there was no hot water.

Good Everything was good but the last day the suddenly the fire alarm went off for nothing at all. As some guest that are staying there for business trip told me, that happened almost every day.

average hotel carpet worn through Fire alarm in room went off, called operator as per instructions, operator said front desk would call us.....no response ever from 'front desk'.

DISAPPOINTED CONSIDERING THE AMMENITIES, THE HOTEL WAS OVER PRICED AND THE QUALITY/ UP KEEP OF THE HOTEL WAS DISAPPOINTING. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. THERE WAS NO COMPIMENTARY BREAKFAST, WHICH I ASSUMED ALL HOTELS DID SOMETHING!! MAYBE NOT AN "FULL FLEDGE" MEAL BUT SOMETHING.
