Never Again! We checked in late (after the Baylor Game) and had requested a non-smoking room. When we got to our room it reeked of smoke and deodorizer. The bathroom was the worst! We felt as though they had over sold the hotel and tried to clean a room that hadn't been used in over a year! The carpet had very large wet spots - as though they had tried to clean the carpet the day of our arrival. It was gross to step on the carpet barefoot. Absolutely the worst room I have ever stayed in. We will not be staying there again!

Smoke filled non-smoking room. Our room smelled awful. When I brought it to the attention of the person at the front desk, her response was, that the smoke must have come through the vents. She told me she could not do anything about the fact that the room, and subsequently our belongings, smelled like an ash tray.

Please Fix My stay was fine. The manager printed an email for me. The room appearance was good. There was a moldy smell the continued during our stay. We only stayed two days. I would have rate the hotel high if the smell had not been so ever present. It seemed to be coming from the carpet near the A/C unit.

Very Dirty! The price was good. The room was dirty. The tub was dirty. I didn't even want to shower in it. The corners of the bathroom floor were dirty. The top of the fridge was filthy. I could not get the air conditioning comfortable. Overall I did not like my stay and would never go there again. The bed was very comfortable, though. However, in spite of my bad experience, the hotel was booked solid.

Very Disappointed I have stayed in hundreds of hotels all across the country. This is a fair assessment. This hotel is dirty! I reserved and paid for a king room. When we got to our room it was a queen. I went down stairs and explained what I reserved through expedia. I was told that sometimes expedia does that. I find that hard to believe since I use expedia for reservations all over the world. Has never happened before. The first thing I noticed was how badly the hotel overall needed a complete renovation. Very dirty rooms and beds. Our first night we had to have our sheets changed. I requested them to changed the sheets and clean the toilet because they were very dirty. The sheets were brought to me for US to changed the ourselves!! Never came back to clean the restroom.

No no no Dirty! This property does not deserve one star. We left immediately and found other rooms. The place is a shambles. The carpets are torn. Repairs needed. Lipstick on the walls. Bathroom in need of repairs all around. Trash in the room. Crud around the faucets!! I have pictures. A cleaner room could not even begin to bring this place up to the standard of a two star.

The hallways smelled like smoke and the room as well. I had non smoking room. The rooms did not look clean, so I just led and got another hotel room.
