GROSSSSSSSSS like a giant toilet bowl This was the first time I have ever stayed at this BRAND.. And let me say it will be our last. Im 40 traveling with a 4 year old, country girl not a city snob and let me say Ive seen truck stop showers that were cleaner.. and YES I was a trucker so I know what Im talking about.. The elevator probably hasnt been cleaned or even swept out since the place was built.. The whole hotel stinks of NASTY and ciggys..... HORRIBLE HOTEL This is by far the worst experience I've had with a hotel. I typically don't write reviews but this one definitely deserves one. When we checked into the hotel, we walked up to our hotel room and as we opened the door, all we can see was the bed was not made and the room was extremely dirty. We walked back down to the lobby to get a different room and they told us that it was the only one available. Extended Stay Waco = Hell Worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. Paid in advance and paid for Room with queen. All of the queen rooms were gone. Got a room with 2 full beds. Friends booked a room and they didn't even get a room. I got the last room apparently. Woman working front desk had auburn/dark red hair and blue nails and she was very rude. She snapped at me. I understand it was late at night but this was the worst hotel experience ever. I honestly am disgusted I had to pay for it, but at least it was only $80. Oh a... read more

Front staff doesnt have but one person Carpets dirty and the smoking rooms are so bad cant even breath in them

Looks good from the outside Got a great deal on expedia so we tried it. The hotel looked promising when we drove up. As we checked in, the system was down so it took forever to che k in. The lobby was ok but the halls and floors were filthy. The room was really dirty. The tub and bathroom walls were dirty. There was nothing in the room for the kitchen area. Not even a coffee pot. You had to ask the desk for anything u needed. No tv hooked up to cable. It was bolted to a desk that we had to move to another wall for an outlet.... read more

never again! First night I found a lizard on the night stand. The next night the lamps and pillows were filled with bugs. They might have been termites. They gave me another room but it was on the third floor and it was a smoking room.

CORRECT... PEUT MIEUX FAIRE Chambres qui nécessiteraient un bon coup de rénovation. Des valises disparues le 2ème soir... Changement de chambres sans prévenir... Tout a été retrouvé... entreposé sur un chariot dans la chambre du dessus.
