Wouldn't Stay Again When we called to find the location they couldn't explain to us how to get there. Google maps was wrong, they should update it. Then when we did find it no one acted concerned about how much trouble we had locating it. The room was in order but wasn't clean. The bath faucet was coming out of the wall and was difficult to switch to shower. The beds were horrible. The hallways smelled. It was not a good experience. The only good point was location. not so great experience The tub was cracked and dirty. In most hotels you get travel shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, none was given. My son left a small box with jewelry on the night stand. We called the next day to see if house keeping turned it in and of course it didn't turn up. I've stayed at other hotels where I've left things behind and they actually mailed it to me, but that was definitely not the case here. Needless to say that stay cost us much more than anticipated due to our loss.

Better than sleeping in the car, but not much! The first room we got had a huge crack in the bottom of the tub. Anyone who cleaned the room would have noticed it, so I'm worried that the room was never cleaned. They gave us a second room, and the bathroom was fine, but it smelled like cigarettes, and mildew (which I think was coming from the fridge...yuck!). The bed creaked terribly anytime you moved, so I imagine it's very old. The room wasn't very clean at all either. I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend this ... read more

It's just a bed to sleep This was The all time worst visit to a hotel. The info I receive was that there was a pool. There is no pool there and the breakfast is a joke.

Disappointing This hotel was very disappointing. When coming to Waco again, I would not stay here. The staff was accommodating and nice, but the hotel room, lobby, "breakfast", cleanliness was very disappointing.

The truth is the truth the floors were dirty, the microwave was dirty, no soap and the shower didn't work so why should I change my review?

A low-end hotel I booked this hotel at the last minute during a busy weekend in Waco and there was no other hotels to be found. The hotel location is in an area close to other hotels and a major shopping center so at least the location was decent. The hotel did not have any non-smoking rooms available so the first thing that hit me when I opened up the door to my room was the cloyingly sweet smell of the air freshener used to mask the years of cigarette smoke in the room.
