About what you expect from a Waco hotel this hotel is in desperate need of a major renovation, which probably hasn't happened since they opened however many decades ago; it has a "kitchenette" but no cups/plates/pans/etc, so it basically just takes up space; we were afraid to take our socks off in the room because the floor just felt dirty; they dont change the sheets or towels during your stay, so if you want clean towels you have to go ask at the front desk; the "free breakfast" listed in the amenities is truly just coffee... read more

extwnded stay review We had paid for and reserved two nights. Sat morning there were two roaches in the room. We left and did not stay the 2nd night. Requesting a refund for the 2nd night.
Stay anywhere else in Waco This is hands down the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. If Baylor's homecoming hadn't sold out the city, I would have left after about 15 minutes. The king size bed was actually a queen. The furniture was peeling - as in the plywood furniture was so old that the veneer was peeling off. My room had a major ant problem and we did not have any food in the room. The hotel and room do not appear to have been updated since the hotel was built. The shower was covered in lyme build up.

Unclean Everything in common areas were filthy (hallways, elevator, entrance). Greeted by HUGE dog that we couldn't get away from....jumped on us so hard about knocked me over! Pest control was leaving as we arrived saying nothing more they could do. Didn't stay night even though we were past cancellation deadline. This place could not meet minimal clean standards!

non use Could not make the trip and therefore paid for something I did not use as it was a nonrefundable rate....I will not use Expedia again for anything if I am going to be charged in full well in advance and then not be able to use the service
Steer clear if at all possible! If you can't find a room anywhere else sleep in your car before you stay here! Front desk service was virtually nonexistent. Housekeeping was definitely missing in action. Everything in the room was covered with dust and some sort of animal hair. Ants in the kitchen and bathroom, grease and dirt on kitchen walls and top of refrigerator. Someone else's cut toenails on the floor next to the bed. Couldn't get out of there fast enough the next morning!

Disappointed I was disappointed. The price was high for what I got. Everything seemed old - even the sheets. I had never stayed in this chain before. I hope my experience is not normal. My room was very hot and they changed me to a better room. The 2 hotel staff people I dealt with were very nice it was the accommodations that were lacking.
It's CHEAP for a REASON From the minute we walked in-drama!! The internet was down, then the front desk guy forcefully wanted our credit card info (after we paid like x2weeks advance), the room was disgusting dirty, floors reaping in dirt (I had to MAKE ourselves walk around with shoes).. their was only x4 channels on TV. No WIFI. Then they put us next to a room being renovated (we could hear drilling, ect)..
