Claims Indoor Pool, But NO Pool Access for Kids The indoor pool is actually 1.5 miles away at a fitness gym . The hotel staff sent me there with my kids to use the pool. When we arrived, the gym staff informed us that you have to be 18 to enter. We had to find a YMCA and pay $20 to swim. The entire third floor smelled like cigarette smoke, as did our dingy room and our belongings when we left.

Reserved room for non smoking double bed. Upon arrival no such luck. Got a king single bed. If we would tolerate smoking then double bed was available. Why promise something you can deliver? Ended up sharing bed with teenage child. Room was cr@$#y as well. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night because some genius left something on the stove. Will not be staying here again. I am miffed at paying for a room with double beds and ending up with a single. The customer is short changed and with little desire to argue and ... read more

Terrible Experience I stayed one night due to having to take a test next day in Waco. I arrived at 8:30 and watched tv til 1000P.M. I got up at 530 to study for my test and found all kinds of bugs in the bathroom and in the shower. As I tried to study I was distracted by the roaches and other bugs crawling on the walls and in the kitchen. I even had one crawl across my notes. Eh...If price is your only requirement. I stayed here several years ago and it was fine. Now, this place was in need of a renovation and a good clean. My room smelled like cigarette smoke and the channel selection left much to be desired. I had one towel that was covered in blonde hair and stains making me think it hadn't actually been cleaned. The room and the hotel itself had quite a few of poorly plastered holes giving the place a general look of being unkempt. The internet is in fact free. It was also, however almost use... read more

Wouldn't recommend Service to check in took forever even though I had booked ahead online, room was ok but not great the fridge in the room was dirty. Overall not impressed and way overpriced for the room and service we got.

Dirty hotel The hotel smelled horrible. I was told it was non smoking. It reeked of smoke and odd smells. The staff was constantly outside smoking. The rooms were dirty and the refrigerator made noise all night long.
