Nicely decorated; but dirty; cheap towels sheets Blood stain on comforter, stains on carpet and dust ruffle. Sheets also had stains. Towels were scratchy and very small. Like drying yourself with a hand towel. Doors slam. Heard slamming doors all night long.
VERY Disgusted!! Let me first start by saying I don't like nor trust the fact that they photo copy your credit card upon checkin. Next the rooms were VERY outdated. Mixed/Match furniture & old dishes. The Blankets were flemsy and we were in the midst of snow (Feb 2014). To TOP it off, the shower drain had MOLD on it! I didn't even want to shower in there even with my shower shoes on, but I did :-(. When I asked about switching rooms I was told that I couldn't because I didn't book directly through the hotel. It is very low q... read more
It's a place to stay but not long term I thought the hotel was OK. I did not like the way the doors slammed closed at 3am. That was when some of the people in the hotel were leaving. It was nice to have a refrigerator and stove. It is only the top of the stove not a broiler:(
It beat sleeping outside! Let me start by saying we relocated to this property after a water main break at National Harbor, so this was not a planned stay. When we pulled up, the outside was well kept and appeared modern. We booked a non-smoking room through Hotels.com and arrived at the property within 2 hours of booking. Upon check-in, we were advised that there were no non-smoking rooms available, which was very disappointing, particularly because one of the travelers suffers from respiratory illness. The front desk clerk... read more
Room smelled horrible and the shower was full of mold. We asked for another room and the staff was very helpful. However, "non-smoking" room they moved us to smelled of stale smoke. Beds uncomfortable and pillows cheap. Just overall not a very nice experience.
Avoid this dog at all cost I normally stay at 4 or 5 star hotels inside DC, but decided I wanted to save some money by staying outside of DC. While I didn't expect the same level overall quality, I still expect the basics to be met, which they weren't for this dump. I had to switch rooms 3 times due to broken thermostats, phone not working and wrong room type (accessible instead of standard). It's clear this location attempts to spend the minimum on maintenance (or less) and the price is not that low either. I will never sta... read more

Won't be back Poor customer skills at the front desk. Strong cooking smells in the hallways. Food smell in the room. Room was not very nice. Found a lot of left over hair in the shower from the previous guest. The shower obviously had not been cleaned. Made me doubt the maid service in general. Free continental breakfast was a joke. Why bother. I won't be back
