Stay away; Spend extra 20 bucks Would not let me check in at 2. Ended up checking in at around 6; bed sheets were not clean as well as the towels. Garbage cans were not emptied. Almost threw up with the smell. Breakfast was a disaster. Only had few chewy bars, year old muffins and cold coffee. Worst stay ever.

Hotel California? I booked this room because we are from Richmond and had late flight coming in to DC and did not want to drive home. We got to hotel about 1130pm and had to wait for someone to come to open the door. When I was "greeted" he was rude and gave me the impression he was annoyed. After we got to the room, my boyfriend had to go back out to the car for something and was told by the same annoyed front desk clerk that he could not keep coming in and out! Dirt Pile Hotel lobby Dirty. Room rug very dirty. Someone's old shoes left under one bed. Counter service very slow. Would never return. Rank smell through out the hotel.Repairs done with duck tape.

one night stay Couldn't tell what channels were on TV- very annoying. Tiny bars of soap.

Not recommended. I was really disappointed with this stay. The room smelled like smoke even though it was suppose to be a smoke free environment. Half of the lights didn't work. No room type service. Even the smallest thing like getting fresh towels was left to me, going down to the front desk to 'swap' for new towels. Gross.

Will never stay here again From check in to check out it is the worst hotel ever.

Pros: Clean bathrooms, clean comfortable beds. Cons: Bad service. No coffee machines or cutlery/utensils/plates in rooms, when you ask for them they give them to you at the front desk and you've to carry them on your own. Asked for sugar was informed they don't have enough! Settled on sweetener... One of the rooms (the one that my parents in their 70's were settled in) had soaking damp floors on one side of the bed (probably condensation from the Air Conditioner.
