Horrible stay... The hotel was old and dirty. Would not recommend.

NON Smoking please!! The hotel smellsike an ashtray. They should really consider becoming a non-smoking hotel. The hotel was full and there were several people stuck with smoking rooms. When I was checking in, two families left. My room was newly renovated and it was nice but the hallways & lobby smelled like cigarettes. The staff was VERY nice!!!

not a clean hotel when I went to the check in there's no one in the desk front, I went to make a question, nobody again. the hotel was awful. my room had a bad fragrance.

Dirty Found mold in the shower and spiders on the shower curtain.
Not a value for money No toiletaries, just a small counter for breakfast With some apples and coffee. Didn't even provide water in the room when you get there. You have to go to vending machine to get one.

Fire Alarms going off Horrible false fire alarm in the middle of the week.

This place is an absolute DUMP! This place is an absolute DUMP! They charged way too much ($200) for a dark, dingy, dirty ground floor room facing a parking lot, offered zero services or amenities, the walls are paper thin, noise all night long and in the early morning, the guy next door frying up fish with the room door open, stench everywhere, etc. Not Happy.

A dump Although I have been traveling for business for many years, I never stayed at an Extended Stay America hotel before. This is likely the last time I do. I stayed here because it was one of the few places with available rooms in the DC area during the period I was traveling to the area.
