It took way too long to get to a room (Because it was not clean yet) HOWEVER he did his best to manage everyone’s requests at once. And for that I do appreciate his service.

Read the fine print! It isn't really mentioned in the description but this location charges you additionally for everything, included room cleaning and wifi. Also the "free" breakfast is basically just coffee and prepackaged muffins. While this location was cheaper than most, by the time I paid for all the additionals, I could have stayed at a slightly more expensive location that actually did offer those amenities for free.
