Cleanliness was ok no dishes or cook ware inroom if you need it. Deadbolt on door did not match door jam so that didnt work. Key cards did not work so we needed help to get in staff made new key three times but same thing happened finally they ran card in door about 6times up and down and it worked they said batteries may be weak.

I always stay in this hotel, the only inconvenience i ran this time, was they took about 1 hour to pick me up from the car rental location, i believe the are short in drivers but at least they should answer phone calls.

The hotel was reasonably clean, but the front desk was often unstaffed, requiring waits for 10 min to get helped, and a customer calling out at 4 in the morning (waking everyone on the hall). Also doors slam shut, which also woke us several times. Breakfast was thin: packaged muffins, instant oatmeal and coffee or hot water. Meh.

Good customer service, however our keys didn't work. we had to go back to the service desk for staff to register our keys every day. It wad an inconvenience. Parking was good and in good location.
