The staff was helpful and attentive. The room smelled like smoke. It was a mediocre stay.
I liked the proberty location and comforness of the rooms
The 1st Room we checked into the lock did not work on the door so we had to change rooms
Great except i couldn't get clean sheets I was very impressed with the hotel and the staff. Everyone was very accommodating with all requests except one. I asked for a clean set of sheets and was told that they only change the sheets once a week and I couldn't have a clean set until 2 more days. Ot did upset me because I had to pay to wash the sheets in the laundry room on the property. Other than that everything was great
the proptey was clean and in good conditon the repsenative i interacted with was friendly and helpful
Check in was fast... Only part I didn't like you have to request utensil pot pans etc.
